Tril-P-Em container (asphalt, resin and paraffin deposits + emulsion)



“Tril®” container with inhibitor of asphalt-resin-paraffin compound and emulsions of high viscosity is used to avoid accumulation of resins, asphaltenes, naphthenes, paraffins, etc. on the deep-well pumping units in the production of oily liquid that is prone to formation of highly viscous emulsions in oil wells.

Operating principle

“Tril®” container with inhibitor of asphalt, resin and paraffin deposits is installed into the pumping unit just before its descent into the well during regular current workover rig and workover operations. The extracted liquid undergoes the necessary treatment. The “Tril®” inhibitor does not enter into chemical reactions with the produced fluid. The action of the inhibitor of asphalt, resin and paraffin deposits is limited to enveloping salts in the produced oil and creating a protective film on the surface of the deep-well pumping unit. The enveloping (protective) film prevents deposition, coalescence and formation of large conglomerates of sediment particles as well as help to reduce the role of the particles as natural oil stabilizers. Thus, the particles are removed by the produced liquid in form of suspension. “Tril®” inhibitor works throughout the entire process of oil production.
